PRICE
The price covers one animal on a simple background. Everything further needs to be discussed. (I don’t paint humans – only animals!)
PROCESS
You’ll send me one or more photos of your pet – preferable on eye level. I’ll send you a contract per email for you to sign. Then we choose one photo from wich I will make the painting. Before I start painting payments are due in full via paypal.
After I finish the painting, smaller revisions can be made. You get only a refund if I’m not able to do my part of the contract.
TECHNICAL
I’ll send you high quality files – jpeg and tiff – 300 dpi for printing. If you need a different size or other specifications, please tell me up front. For wrap around canvas print I need a heads up too, so I can expand the background.
For now I can only send you prints, if you are from Germany. For a fee of 20,- € + the price of the print I’ll organize the printing & shipping for you.
RIGHT
The artwork can be used by the client for any non-commercial purpose (printing for personal use or gifts, wallpapers, online avatars, etc.). The finished piece may be posted online as long as the artist is properly credited.
The client may not distribute or use the artwork for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to selling the artwork in print or using it to promote a business/book/website/etc.
All rights and ownership of the artwork remains with the artist unless agreed otherwise. This includes but is not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce and use the image for self-promotion.
